To ensure high quality service and client satisfaction, the rationale and objectives for work undertaken on behalf of clients are defined upfront:

	Expectations re deliverables, timing, cost and results are presented at the proposal stage
	All client calls are returned within 24 hours
	Program results are measured
	Regular progress reports are submitted
	Whenever outside suppliers are contracted, competitive quotes are obtained and the client is billed directly; we do not take mark-ups or accept referral fees.

Our Background And Credentials

Barbara O'Neil - B.A., Hons. CHRM, CHRP
With over 20 years experience in developing award-winning marketing, human resources and communications programs, Barbara has held progressive positions with such major companies as CIBC and Union Carbide.

Her work on behalf of local clients includes management of a unionized plant shutdown. Barbara is a director on 2 local Boards. Her volunteer community efforts have been recognized with Mississauga's Civic Award Of Recognition.

Meriel Simpson - Hons. B.A., Specialist Certifications
Meriel has more than 2 decades experience in giving teams the communication tools to make them more effective. Her considerable experience in communications includes plans for several major technology projects and help desk environments.

Meriel has worked with such companies as TD Bank, Bell Mobility and the Ontario Nurses Association to organize stimulating conferences and team building events. An accomplished semi-professional singer and artist, she currently sits on 2 Boards.
